In addition to providing sustenance and its nutritive value, Sona Omega 3 Cholesterol Free provides Omega 3 Fatty Acids, EPA and DHA, without any extra cholesterol. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. When combined, EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.

How to Use This Product

Adults: Take ONE capsule per day with the main meal or as directed by your health professional. To increase fish oil consumption, up to THREE capsules a day may be taken. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
