How to Use This Product: As a food supplement for adults, take two capsules daily with food.
Active Ingredients: Per 2 capsules:
Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 500mg.
Beta Glucans (from Saccharomyces cerevisiae) 200mg.
Black Elderberry Fruit Extract 50mg.
Zinc Picolinate 15mg.
Copper Citrate 1mg.
Vitamin D3 25ug/1000IU.
