1. Assistant Retail Manager / Ennis - Full Time
Rochfords Pharmacy Parnell Street are now recruiting for an Assistant Retail Manager. The ideal candidate will be goal oriented with a passion for customer service and patient care. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to complete training programmes to achieve qualifications in all areas of medicines, health and beauty with the potential for further education available.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest standards and customer engagement is delivered at all times.
- Management of all retail stock items in the pharmacy, from ordering and pricing to merchandising including premium cosmetic brands.
- Supporting staff members to ensure that all operations within the store are executed with excellence.
- Be able to motivate the instore team to provide excellent customer service and excel in achieving goals and targets.
- Support senior management with the overall success and growth of the store while also liaising with the marketing team on instore marketing strategy.
Personal Requirements
- Committed to providing a best in class customer service and building an excellent relationship with your community, customers and your team.
- Self motivated and passionate about improving the business and the team.
- Ability to multitask, strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills.
- Experience of purchasing in a retail pharmacy environment and experience of premium cosmetic brands an advantage.
- Can show adaptability and flexibility in order to get the job done
Experience
- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
