Annual Allowances for women (with or without a medical card) applicable to all areas of Ireland

All you have to do is:

1. Request your  GP or Consultant to complete the form below stating you have had  breast surgery and require 2 bras, 1 prosthesis, 1 swimsuit and 1 swim prosthesis.   
Your GP can email the completed form directly to either rochfords.parnellst@heathmail.ie or ennis@eirpharm.com or you can bring it with you on the day of your appointment.

2. Book your appointment with you.  You can contact us by phone 065 6820099 or email  ennis@eirpharm.com to schedule an appointment or if you are happy with the products that you received in the previous year, you have the option to re-order them.

3. We will take care of all the paperwork with the HSE – we will just need your signature once you are supplied.

Private Health insurance

Providers such as VHI Healthcare, Irish Life Health (formerly Aviva) cover post-breast-surgery products depending on your policy and history. Check with your private healthcare provider.

All appointments are confidential, discreet and take place in a purpose-built fitting room, by trained fitters. Your fitter is trained to assist you select the most appropriate bras/prosthesis to suit your shape, lifestyle and surgery to give you comfort, confidence and security. Our service is designed to meet Action Breast Cancer recommendations.
