Product Info

Adsorption is the adhesion of atoms, ions, or molecules from a gas, liquid, or dissolved solid to a surface - in this case the charcoal or adsorbent. This is the method by which Sona Activated Charcoal can bind to toxins, wastes and gases (noxious substances) and help in their removal from the body. Activated Charcoal travels through the digestive tract and out of the body. This is of particular benefit for people suffering from flatulence and other digestive discomforts. The beneficial effect is obtained from a dose of 1g at least 30 mins before and 1g shortly after a meal.

How to Use This Product

Adults: Take TWO capsules at least 30 minutes before a meal and TWO capsules shortly after a meal, or as directed. Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully. Swallow with water. Not to be chewed.
