What is the difference between Red and White Tiger Balm?

Tiger Balm Red is more potent than Tiger Balm White, and is used for general muscle aches and pains.
Tiger Balm White is more effective for tension headaches than Tiger Balm Red, and is milder than Tiger Balm Red.

WHEN SHOULD TIGER BALM PRODUCTS NOT BE USED?

Tiger Balm products should always be tested on a small area before use and should never be used together with heating pads or right before and after major surgeries.
Expired Tiger Balm balms, ointments and patches should not be used either.
Individuals that have allergic reactions to specific ingredients should also look at the list of ingredients and consult with a doctor before use.
In addition, children under the age of 12 should not use Tiger Balm unless prior consent has been given by a medical professional.
